6-Time Country Dance World Champion, Master and Superstar level competitor, owner of Shall We Dance Phoenix and Director of Arizona Dance Classic,  Mona is a full-time dance instructor, coach, and choreographer, in all styles of dance.  Mona has been dancing most of her life, and teaching people to dance for over 30 years.  She has travelled all over the World, competing, teaching, coaching and judging.  She is a UCWDC Master level certified judge, and spent 19 years as the Secretary of the UCWDC.  Mona is known for making learning to dance fun and easy, with her motto "the number 1 rule is to have fun"!

Maggee was among the first country dancers in Arizona to compete in the UCWDC national competitions in the 1980’s. She has been teaching country/western and swing dancing since 1986 .  Maggee  opened her own dance studio in 1995 and has been teaching at the Buffalo Chip Saloon in Cave Creek since 2005.   Maggee and her husband Butch continue to teach dances at local nightclubs around the valley, and stay current with National competition dancing as well. Their expertise lies in the AZ 2-step, Half-time, Progressive 2-step, Triple-2-step, Night club 2-step, Waltz, Cha cha, Polka, East Coast Swing, Jitterbug, West Coast Swing and Country Swing. 

Mike started dancing in high school and began ballroom dancing while in college  in 1998.  Mike started teaching professionally in 1999 at Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Columbus Ohio.

Mike moved to Tucson in 2004 and began teaching at Shall We Dance, where he was introduced to country western dancing and started competing in the UCWDC.   Mike has traveled the world competing professionally and with students for 21 years in American Rhythm, Same Sex Latin, and Country. 

Mike is an accomplished dancer and  Masters Champion with both Colleen Concannon and Maryann Harvey, having placed in the top 6 in Masters at Worlds several times with both. He currently competes with students of all ages and levels in both Country and Ballroom while competing in Masters with Gretchen Smith. 

 With over 25 years of dance experience, Laina has taught numerous couples and individuals the joy of dancing, from Country dances to New York Hustle to wedding dance lessons. In addition to partner dances, she teaches line dancing. She loves  sharing her passion for dance!  Laina keeps current through attending on-going workshops and professional instruction, while continuing to be a competitive dancer and performer. She has taught at various night clubs around the valley.  Laina is the Co-Host and creator of Country Rain, bi-monthly event at NRG Ballroom, and the originator of Renegade Ropers, a performing and competitive line dance team. 

Tim has trained in multiple forms of dance; Country, Swing, Ballroom, and even Jazz and Ballet.  Tim is a World Champion in both Couples and Line Dance, Masters level dancer, 2-time Feather Award winner, and Certified judge for the UCWDC and ACDA. Tim has choreographed for music videos, appeared on TV, and has been the Dance Instructor for over 11 years at the World-Famous Gilley’s on the Las Vegas strip. Director of South Bay Dance Fling, and current Treasurer of the UCWDC, Tim’s passion is dance and seeing the joy it brings others.
